I’m an award-winning technology entrepreneur and strategist recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 for my work at the intersection of culture, commerce, and technology.

As one of less than 20 black women in the UK to have raised venture capital, my mission is to unlock value where others overlook it — building businesses that blend innovation with cultural depth and commercial scale.

I founded Oja, the UK’s first VC-backed ethnic grocery delivery company in the UK backed by investors in the likes of Taster & Deliveroo, raising over $5M and reaching seven-figure annual recurring revenue within its first year. Oja redefined access to cultural groceries and helped shape a new category for inclusive commerce — backed by Europe’s leading venture capitalists and supported by Premier League & England footballers as brand investors.

Before Oja, I founded WCAN, a diversity recruitment and professional development network supporting over 10,000 Black women into careers in law, finance, consulting, and technology, with partners including Goldman Sachs, Slaughter & May, and McKinsey & Co.
I began my career in Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co and Citi, where I worked across M&A and capital markets before transitioning to entrepreneurship. My early exposure to finance and deal-making still shapes how I build — with precision, discipline, and an investor’s eye for value creation.
I have spoken at a number of events and have a number of resources and courses including my fundraising guide and courses on Curating a Portfolio Career with AllBright Private Member's Club.In 2014, I was selected by McKinsey & Company as a Next Generation Women Leader.

Today, I advise and invest in early-stage startups globally while building my next venture in stealth. My focus remains constant: clarity, scale, and long-term impact.
Resilient by nature. Strategic by design.
